  • Delivery - The Basics

    We provide our customers with a fast, reliable, local delivery service.  Once your order has been received and processed, we aim to deliver your order within five working days.  Orders supplied directly from stock in branch delivered between 8am - 4.30pm,  Monday to Saturday.  Courier deliveries take place between 8am - 8pm.  Please make sure we can contact you by phone on the day of delivery.

    Whilst problems with stock supply are rare, if any of your items are not available, we'll inform you when processing your order and give you options based on availability.

    The Small Print

    • Deliveries can be made anywhere in our branch network.  If your delivery address falls outside our branch network, a small delivery charge may be incurred.
    • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver on the confirmed delivery date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. We cannot accept liability for any costs due to delayed delivery (e.g. cost of labour or fitting).
    • Goods must be signed for on delivery. If you are unable to accept the goods, or sign for them, or you decline the delivery, a redelivery charge maybe charged.
    • Please advise when booking if there are access restrictions to the delivery address.  Turnbull cannot be held liable for damage caused by the vehicle at the delivery address.
