Delivery - The Basics
We provide our customers with a fast, reliable, local delivery service. Once your order has been received and processed, we will aim to delivery your order within five working days. Our deliveries will be attempted between the hours of 8.00am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Whilst problems with stock are rare should any of your items not be available, we will inform you when processing your order and give you options based on availability.

Orders delivered FREE of charge within around 20 miles from our Branches
The Small Print
Deliveries can be made anywhere in our Branch Network.
If you delivery address falls outside of our Branch Network, a small delivery charge maybe incurred.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver on the confirmed delivery date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. We cannot accept liability for any costs due to delayed delivery (e.g. cost of labour or fitting).
Goods must be signed for on delivery. If you are unable to accept the goods, or sign for them, or you decline the delivery, a redelivery charge maybe charged.
Please advise when booking if there are access restrictions to the delivery address.
