Delivery - The Basics
We offer fast, reliable delivery, nationwide. Delivery is free for Forest Garden products to most mainland addresses.*
Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
We deliver Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and usually within 7-10 working days of your order. Please note this can change depending on availability of stock.
The Small Print
*If delivery is to be made in the following areas, please call us on 01529 308839 for a quote: Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, and postcodes BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, PO, TR, ZE.
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver on the confirmed delivery date, we will contact you to arrange an alternative date. We cannot accept liability for any costs due to delayed delivery (eg cost of labour).
If you cancel the order on the day of delivery, a haulage charge will be made.
Goods must be signed for on delivery. If you are unable to accept the goods, or sign for them, or you decline the delivery, a redelivery charge will be made.
Please advise when booking if there are access restrictions to the delivery address.
Please check all the goods before signing for them. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery along with photographs of damage. Please report the damage to the delivery driver upon receipt and contact customer.service@turnbullsonline.co.uk or call 01529 308839.
