Our Boston Bathrooms team have created bathrooms of character and period style for a family home in the historic market town of Horncastle. Burlington’s range of traditional bathroom suites and furniture, loved for their lustrous ceramic detailing and quality substantial builds were the perfect range for this home.
The colour scheme for both rooms is restrained – grey marbled wall panels, dark mahogany flooring, white walls and woodwork, and of course, classic chrome brassware – all of which create the sophisticated period ambience the clients adore.
The Burlington free-standing bath with claw feet is an inviting double-ended roll top model. It’s fitted with a floor-mounted chrome bath filler tap with a beautiful swan neck spout. Powerful and thermostatic, it offers temperature-controlled water flow for perfect bathing.
Toilets have classic wall-mounted, high level ceramic cisterns and chrome fittings. It’s a really distinctive design choice for any traditional bathroom. There’s nothing old-fashioned about their operation – these models have all the latest push button and water-saving flush options.
Finally, freestanding washstand and vanity unit featuring period ceramic upstands and traditional white ceramic crosshead taps finish the period look. But note the LED illuminated steam-free mirrors mounted above – they’ve definitely been chosen with contemporary convenience in mind.
