Unfortunately we’re unable to recommend specific fitters for your job. The best way to find a trade professional for your project is to ask friends or family for recommendations or check online or in local magazines.

Every kitchen is made specially for each customer by our manufacturers. This means you can be assured your unique dream design will fit your space exactly, but it does mean you are looking at a six week delivery timescale from the point of order. If you order one of our German kitchens from Rotpunkt, it might take slightly longer than this as they are made in Germany and sprayed to order. We’ll discuss the lead time before you place an order and advise you if you need it by a specific date.

We like to say four weeks to be on the safe side. This allows us to collate all the individual items in your order in time for your fitting date. Some specialist products can take longer to arrive, but this can all be advised when you speak to one of the designers in the showroom.

Yes! We offer a free end-to-end design and planning service allowing you to see the options you choose not only on a 2D plan but in an interactive 3D rendition of your room (if requested). Part of this service includes one of our designers coming out to your home to measure the space and offer advice on getting the best from your room. Based on what you’ve shared with us, we’ll come up with design ideas and share photo-realistic images with you. We want you to be delighted with your choices, so having time to reflect on the overall look and details at home is an important step towards getting the perfect end result.

All of our design and planning services are completely free from the first time you come in and see us through to the end result. We never charge for our design services – this includes the home visits we offer and all the 3D designs we produce. Plus, none of our designers work on commission, so you can be confident you’ll get expert, unbiased advice and that you end up with your dream space.

We deliver to within 20 miles of each of our showroom locations. If you’re a little bit further afield, speak to us and we may still be able to deliver to you for a small delivery fee. Find the nearest bathroom or kitchen showroom to you and information on the areas each one covers on our locations page.

We never charge for deliveries within our 20 mile delivery radius. If you’re coming into one of the showrooms from further afield, there may be a small charge but we’ll flag this up before you place an order.

Each of our showrooms is open Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm and on Saturdays from 8am until 12:30pm. You can find your nearest showroom here.

We’re confident that our prices are always competitive. We offer a service in store which you won’t get from buying online or from other showrooms in the area. If you do find a like-for-like quote from another local showroom, speak to us and we will look into pricing depending on your needs!

All the kitchens and bathrooms in our showrooms are bespoke and made to order. However we do offer a basic range available through our trade counters. Speak to a member of staff on the counters if you need something quickly.
